Q: If you could choose one supernatural being/creature to really exists what would it be and why? ex. fae.

Well, I need to think of a nice supernatural creature, because I don't want zombies around my house, moaning for my flesh. Bloodsucking vampires, soul sucking demons, creepy ghosts: no thank you. I think they are very cool in books, but I want to keep them there. The first thing that I could think of was a Phoenix. It would be awesome to have one! Just like Fawkes in Harry Potter.

The phoenix is a large swan-sized scarlet bird with red and gold plumage, along with a golden beak and talons, black eyes, and a tail as long as a peacock's. Its scarlet feathers glow faintly in darkness, while its golden tail feathers are hot to the touch. Phoenixes are known for nesting on mountain peaks. They are gentle herbivores and are not known for fighting. Phoenixes are very difficult to domesticate, but if you succeed, they are extremely loyal to their owners, and would depart to find their own paths if their owners die, rather than finding a new master.

Haha, those were my thoughts exactly when I read this week's topic: who the hell would want to live in a world where creepy werewolves and terrifying vampires (not the Twilight kind) lived?! Not me, for sure. But I'd love to see a phoenix someday!! They would be SO gorgeous! :)

Oh my gosh, yes a phoenix! If I had thought of that, I would have definitely chosen that. I want a Fawkes for myself :)

Definitely no zombies, vampires etc.

I love the idea of a Phoenix. Great idea. No zombies and potential of being eaten alive, though it does have the potential of being eaten by my cat.

Yes I love the Phoenix. It would definitely be cool if it was around in real life. There is a lot of representation of them in Russian fairy tales.
