Of Beast and Beauty and Tiger Lily are on my TBR list! I'm planning to order Tiger Lily :3 Fathomless was pretty good in my opinion! I like retellings but I haven't read much... :( Good luck and I hope you'll meet your goal!
Tiger Lily & Of Beauty and Beast both sound amazing! I've had them on my TBR for ages. I love the sound of Rump too! That's the first time I've ever seen a fairy tale re-telling about Rumpelstiltskin! I think I'll definitely have to check it out! Good luck Mel! :)
Great picks, I hope you'll enjoy them all :) I loved Rump & Alice in Zombieland (although this one isn't really a fairy tale retelling, just inspired by it, but a great read, can't wait for the 2nd book), anyway, good luck & happy reading!
I want to read most of those, too! (But, um, don't actually have any at the moment.) I haven't heard of Ash, but the cover is beautiful! Happy reading!
Ohh a fairy tale read-a-thon! Why am I not participating?! I looove them. Haven't read any of the books you listed above but so many people seemed to love Tiger Lily. It's not too late to join in the fun, right? Could load up the Kindle with some sweet fairy tales..
Hope you'll get to read some of them :D I got Of Beast and Beauty today, and I hope it's good. <3 Rump looks awesome as well. I enjoyed Fathomless :D Happy reading Mel. <3
Good luck with this challenge, Mel! Super pumped to hear your thoughts on Tiger Lily and Of Beast and Beauty, because I've only heard amazing stuff for them. (Just realized my comment is a lot like Sam's. xD)
Sounds like this challenge is tailor made for you :) I would love to participate but university is killing me. I'm actually kicking myself now because I had Tiger Lily but returned it :(
Haha, looks like the perfect readathon for you! :) There are a quite a few books here I'm curious about, so I'll look forward to your reviews when you get to them. Alice in Zombieland has been n my wishlist forever, just because of zombies. haha.
Excellent read-a-thon! Wish I had the time to join in. I've read The Diamond Secret, Alice in Zombieland and Between the Lines :) LOVE Gena Showalter, so anything by her rocks my socks but Between the Lines was really cute too. Hope you enjoy!
This sounds excellent! If I was doing it, I'd definitely pick Tiger Lily for a re-read, Of Beast and Beauty because it looks and sounds really interesting, and... Rump, I think. I read Between the Lines a while back and was really disappointed personally, but would be very interested to read what you think about it, if you do read it.
How's the read-a-thon going? Two more days left! I'd love to see your opinion on Of Beast and Beauty. So many bloggers seem to be praising that one! I personally wasn't a huge fan of Tiger Lily *hides in a corner* but but but WOW. I didn't even realize there were so many books retelling fairy tales. Literally TL and the Lunar Chronicles are the only ones that I would've been able to think of had you asked me about them o.O.
Ooooh there are some lovely covers in there *swoon* I'm late here, so you might be done already o.O BUT I hope the read-a-thon was a success :D I've heard GREAT things about Tiger Lily, Of Beast and Beauty and Rump! Very curious about Ash though ;D
Good luck Mel :D So glad to see you're going to try and read Between the Lines, can't wait to hear what you think of it :)
ReplyDeleteThis was the best opportunity. I hope I'll like it :)
